Support Those in Need Through Charitable Contributions
At Ark, we want to emphasize the critical importance of supporting charities, especially in these challenging times. With reductions in governmental funding and the impact of severe weather, many charities are struggling to meet the increasing needs of those they serve. Some are even facing the heartbreaking reality of having to turn people away.
Right now, there is a significant shortage of food, and many may not realize how far a small donation can go. For instance, a donation as modest as 79 cents—the cost of a single can of tuna—could allow food banks like the North Texas Food Bank to leverage discounts and provide up to seven cans of tuna. While food donations are always appreciated, financial contributions can have a far greater impact because of the special pricing available to these vital organizations.

The Amadi Guess Foundation (AGF)
A non-profit organization focused on providing children in underserved communities with access to nutritious meals by collaborating with community groups and food programs. AGF works to ensure children have healthy food where they live, learn, and play.
Café Momentum
Café Momentum is a non-profit that partners with Youth Village Resources of Dallas to provide young men at Dallas County Youth Village with job skills, mentorship, and opportunities, helping them break the cycle of crime and reintegrate into society.
Youth Village Resources of Dallas (YVRD)
Youth Village Resources of Dallas (YVRD) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves incarcerated youth in Texas, offering pre- and post-release programs to prepare them for successful reintegration into the community and to help them avoid further involvement with the justice system.
Susan G. Komen Foundation
The Susan G. Komen Foundation is dedicated to ending breast cancer by funding research, providing support, and raising awareness. Your donations directly contribute to saving lives and advancing the mission to eradicate breast cancer.
Compassion International
Compassion International is a Christian child advocacy ministry that works to release children from poverty in all its forms, providing them with food, shelter, education, health care, and Christian training.
Boys & Girls Club
Boys & Girls Clubs provide a safe and supportive environment for young people, offering programs that promote their development and instill a sense of competence, belonging, and influence. The Clubs are a place for children to learn, grow, and have fun, helping to build great futures.
American Red Cross
The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization founded by Clara Barton in 1881, dedicated to providing emergency assistance, disaster relief, and support to communities across the nation and around the world. It connects people through compassion and provides essential services whenever and wherever needed.
North Texas Food Bank
The North Texas Food Bank has been fighting hunger for over 30 years by providing healthy food to those in need. Committed to improving standards, expanding distribution, and building knowledge, the organization works to create a healthier, smarter, and stronger community.
City House
City House, founded in 1988 by two Plano ISD teachers, began as a six-bed shelter for homeless youth. It has since grown into a 36-bed, multi-faceted agency offering residential and non-residential services to over 500 children, young adults, and their families each year.
H.O.P.E. Farm
H.O.P.E. Farm mentors boys from single-parent homes, providing positive male role models and guidance from ages 5 through high school. With over 50 boys enrolled across two campuses, the program focuses on teaching, coaching, and mentoring to support the boys and their families.
The Men of Nehemiah (MON)
The Men of Nehemiah serves homeless and incarcerated men with addictive disorders through a structured recovery program. Offering residential accommodations, substance abuse treatment, life-skills training, and a military-style disciplinary component, MON is based on 15 Biblical Principles that integrate the 12-step recovery model.
Voice of Hope
Voice of Hope impacts over 250 students daily, relying entirely on donations from churches, organizations, grants, and individuals. Without the generous support from people like you, Voice of Hope would not be able to continue its mission.
Jonathan’s Place
Since 1991, Jonathan’s Place has cared for Dallas’s youngest victims of abuse through three programs: a “home-style” emergency shelter for children under 10, a Foster & Adoptive Family Program, and a Girls Treatment Program. The shelter is the only one in Dallas County providing 24-hour residential care for children in crisis under age 10.
